Enterprise, intends to engage On the Job Trainees in the following disciplines
as envisaged under “HIL On the Job Training Scheme” for a period of 2 years.

Discipline
Graduation in Chemical Engineering from a recognized
Institution/University
3 Years Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ B.Sc
Chemistry from a recognized Institution/
University
Engineering:
Discipline
Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical & Fire
& Safety Engineering from a recognized Institution/University
3 Years Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical
Engineering from a recognized Institution
ITI/ITC in Electrical/Fitter/ Instrument
Mechanic/ Welder / Machinist / Mech R & AC Trade from a recognized
Institution
Administration:
Discipline
MBA (Finance)/ MBA (HR) from a recognized
Institution/University
DCP /Any other three years degree from a
recognized Institution/University with certificate course in MS Office
Eligibility condition:
Candidates
having 60% of marks obtained in the relevant qualifying examination are only
eligible to apply. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST category need pass
mark only.
Reservation:
The
prescribed reservation guidelines as per Government/Statutory Directions will
be followed.
Age limit:
Upper age limit is fixed as 28 years with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
